I am a New Zealand registered dietitian who specialises in gut health and intuitive eating. I trained at Otago University and earned a Masters of Dietetics in 2013. I previously worked in Invercargill Hospital covering general medical wards and diabetes care.
I grew up on the Coromandel and both my husband and I felt the pull of the sun and relaxed lifestyle and have moved back home to build a life together here. In our spare time I enjoy getting outside into the garden, running and I have recently started to dabble in surfing (to limited success).

Walking the talk
I offer walking consults if you are willing and able. This involves yourself and myself going for a walk along a beach or in a park. This is a nice way to talk to a dietitian and it means you get some gentle exercise and fresh air as well!
Another benefit is that for every walking consult I do I donate 5% of the income from that session to the Moehau Environment Group, so you are not just supporting your personal health you are also giving the local environment a helping hand.
